
Think your home’s location sets in stone the school your children must attend? Not so fast! According to today’s Gazette, “In Colorado, students can attend school outside neighborhood boundaries, as long as there is room and students provide their own transportation. ”
However, the opportunity to choose is very short-lived. In most districts, that means families must act by early February, though Manitou Springs’ cut-off stretches into the summer.
